We presenteren de procedure voor de productie en exploitatie van een microfluïdische apparaat dat heterogene tumor micro-omgevingen herschept<em> In vitro</em>. De variabiliteit in apoptose in tumorweefsel werd gekwantificeerd met behulp fluorescerende vlekken en effectieve diffusiecoëfficiënt van het chemotherapeuticum doxorubicine in tumorweefsel werd geëvalueerd.
