Aquí se presenta un protocolo que combina un sistema de cocultivo endotelial neuronal in vitro e incorporación metabólica de sialoglicano con grupos funcionales bioortogonales para expandir las células primarias del tallo neural y del progenitor y etiquetar su superficie sialoglycoproteínas para el análisis de imágenes o espectrometría de masas de marcadores de superficie celular.
