Nous avons développé un modèle de chorioamnionite pour simuler l’exposition foetale à l’inflammation maternelle (FEMI) sans complications des organismes vivants pour examiner les effets de FEMI sur le développement du tractus intestinal de la progéniture. Ceci permet l’étude des causes mécanistes pour le développement des dommages intestinaux suivant chorioamnionitis.
