Hier presenteren we echocardiografie protocollen voor tweedimensionale en driedimensionale Beeldacquisitie van het kloppende hart van de salamander axolotl (Ambystoma mexicanum), een soort model regeneratie van het hart. Deze methoden toestaan voor longitudinale evaluatie van de hartfunctie met een hoge resolutie van de spatio.
