We beschrijven twee methoden voor het beoordelen van voorbijgaande vasculaire permeabiliteit geassocieerd met tumor micro omgeving van metastasen (tmem) deuropening functie en kankercel intravasatie met behulp van intraveneuze injectie van hoog-moleculair gewicht (155 kDa) dextran bij muizen. De methoden omvatten intravital beeldvorming in levende dieren en vaste weefsel analyse met behulp van immunofluorescentie.
