אנו מתארים שתי שיטות להערכת חדירות בכלי הדם ארעי הקשורים עם מיקרוסביבה הגידול של גרורות (tmem) הדלת הפתח ואת התא סרטן in, באמצעות הזרקה ורידית של משקל גבוה-מולקולרי (155 kda) תוספי בעכברים. השיטות כוללות הדמיה של האינטרטל בבעלי חיים חיים וניתוח רקמות קבועות באמצעות מאימונולובורנציה.
