Deze video beschrijft micro-injection, een veelgebruikte methode om transgene C. elegans stammen te creëren.  In het voorbeeld zien we micro-injection gebruikt om een ribonucleoproteïne (RNP) complex voor CRISPR-bases genbewerking te introduceren.
