Summary

本文提出了建立小鼠抑郁模型的方案, 观察了与慢性不可预测轻度应激 (cums) 相关的行为变化, 并评价了消炎散的抗抑郁作用。

Abstract

除了标准化使用抗抑郁药物和心理治疗外, 中药的使用还使严重抑郁症 (mdd) 患者得到了全面改善。因此, 本研究的目的是建立小鼠抑郁模型, 观察慢性不可预测轻度应激 (cums) 的行为变化, 进而评价消炎散的抗抑郁作用。将小鼠随机分为四组: 对照组、模型组、消炎散治疗组和氟西汀治疗组。所有的老鼠都被单独关在笼子里, 按照协议的描述, 通过让老鼠接触 cums 的几次设计操作 2 1天, 导致了抑郁。对照组和模型组的小鼠接受0.5 毫升的蒸馏水, 而治疗组的小鼠接受消炎药 (0.25 g/kg/day) 或氟西汀 (2.6 mg g day)。在整个三周内, 研究中使用的药物每天都会被非法给予。为了估计抑郁样行为, 记录了涂层状态、体重、开放场测试分数、蔗糖偏好测试分数等一系列参数。数据分析表明, 与对照组小鼠行为相比, 模型小鼠的行为发生了显著变化, 通过小糖和氟西汀的治疗得到了改善。目前的研究结果表明 , 消炎散对诱导的小鼠行为有抗抑郁作用 , 并表明小黄散处方中的化合物对治疗抑郁可能是值得的 , 因为它们对小药散对小鼠的影响是有益的。令人沮丧的行为。

Introduction
