Vi beskriver ett enkelt protokoll för att identifiera hjärnan proteiner som binder till hela längden C ändstationen av ATP-gated P2X2 receptorer. Utbyggnaden och systematisk tillämpning av denna metod till alla P2X receptorer förväntas leda till en bättre förståelse för P2X receptor signalering.
