Ici, nous décrivons une nouvelle technique quantitative en protéomique pour identifier les complexes protéiques chez Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Dans cette étude, nous avons utilisé la méthode SILAC avec purification par affinité suivie par spectrométrie de masse en tandem afin d'identifier avec une grande spécificité les partenaires de liaison d'une protéine ER, Scs2p.
