Vi presenterar ett förfarande för att bilda en poly (etylenglykol) egna sammansatta cellslager (PEG-SAM) på ett kiselsubstrat med guld microelectrodes. PEG-SAM bildas i ett enda steg och förhindrar påväxt på kisel och guld ytor. Elektrofores används sedan för mönstring biomolekyler ner till nanoskala.
