In dit artikel beschrijven we de procedure voor het meten van diffusiecoëfficiënten het gebruik van multi-foton fluorescentie herstel na fotobleken. We zullen beginnen met het uitlijnen van de laser langs de optische pad naar het monster en het bepalen van de juiste experimentele parameters, ga dan verder het genereren en tenslotte montage fluorescentie herstel curves.
