Dieses Video-Protokoll zeigt die Isolierung und Kultivierung der menschlichen Nabelschnur-Endothelzellen (HUVEC) aus humanen Nabelschnur. Nach der Isolierung dieser Zellen in vitro Angiogenese-Assays, wie die optimierte Fibringel Bead Assay auch durch die Hughes-Labor nachgewiesen werden kann, verwendet werden.
