In diesem Video, beschreiben wir die Charakterisierung von Multiproteinkomplexen (MPL) durch blaue nativen Polyacrylamidgelelektrophorese (BN-PAGE). In einer ersten Dimension sind dialysiert Zelllysaten durch BN-PAGE getrennt an die einzelnen MPL zu identifizieren. In einer zweiten Dimension SDS-PAGE, werden MPC von Interesse weiter unterteilt, um ihre Wähler durch Immunoblot analysieren.
