Abbiamo sviluppato un vettore lentivirale che possiede, oltre alla Tat-reattiva LTR, l'Ap-risposta elemento (RRE) che possono regolare l'espressione genica giornalista in modo da HIV-1 Tat e Rev-dipendente. Il vettore consente l'individuazione specifica di replicare l'HIV nelle cellule viventi attraverso l'espressione di GFP.
