ITC ist ein leistungsfähiges Werkzeug für die Untersuchung der Bindung eines Liganden an seinen Wirt. In komplexen Systemen kann jedoch mehrere Modelle die Daten gleich gut passen. Die hier beschriebene Methode bietet eine Möglichkeit, die entsprechende Bindung Modell für komplexe Systeme aufzuklären und extrahieren Sie die entsprechende thermodynamische Parameter.
