Geprogrammeerde celdood assays gebruikt in zoogdieren systemen zoals DNA laddering of TUNEL testen, zijn vaak moeilijk te reproduceren in planten. In combinatie met een GUS verslaggever systeem, stellen wij voor een snelle, plant op basis van voorbijgaande test om de mogelijke dood eigenschappen van specifieke genen te analyseren.
