We illustreren niet-chirurgische levering van testmateriaal in de longen van verdoofde muizen via de luchtpijp. Deze methode laat long blootstelling aan bacteriële en virale pathogenen, cytokines, antistoffen, kralen, chemicaliën of kleurstoffen. We verder beschrijven oogst en verwerking van de longen en longen drainerende lymfeklieren (LDLNs) voor flowcytometrie.
