Eine neuartige Methode, um Makrophagen aus primären Kultur von Leberzellen zu erhalten, ist beschrieben. Diese Methode nutzt die Proliferation von Makrophagen in der Kultur, durch Schütteln der Kulturflaschen und Reinigung durch selektive Bindung an Plastikschalen gefolgt.
