Ein robustes Konzept für die Lieferung von Organellen in den sauren Lumen der Hefe Vakuole für den Abbau und Recycling-Monitor beschrieben. Die Methode beruht auf der spezifischen Markierung von Zielorganellen mit einem genetisch kodierten Dual-Emissions-Fluoreszenz-pH-Biosensor und Visualisierung von einzelnen Zellen mittels Fluoreszenz-Mikroskopie.
