Este estudio describe el diagnóstico de la gripe aviar en aves silvestres con un portátil de RT-PCR sistema. El método tiene la ventaja de liofilizado reactivos para detectar las aves silvestres en un entorno ajeno al laboratorio, propio de un escenario de brote. Uso de herramientas moleculares ofrece alternativas precisas y sensibles para el diagnóstico rápido.
