Hier beschrijven we een methode voor de bereiding van zowel de single lezen en gekoppeld end Illumina mRNA-Seq sequencing bibliotheken voor genexpressie analyse op basis van T7-RNA lineaire versterking. Dit protocol vereist slechts 10 nanogram van het starten van totaal RNA en genereert een uiterst consistente bibliotheken vertegenwoordigt hele transcripten.
