Denne artikel viser optagelsen af de enkelte celler fra fluorescens tagget neuronale populationer i det intakte mus nethinden. Ved at bruge to-foton infrarøde excitation transgenetically mærkede celler var målrettet til patch-clamp-optagelse for at studere deres lette svar, modtagelige feltegenskaber, og morfologi.
