Eine Technik zur Isolierung Portal Fibroblasten aus Rattenleber beschrieben. Lebern werden perfundiert und verdaut<em> In-situ-</em> Mit Kollagenase, gefolgt von<em> Ex vivo</em> Verdauung der Leber Gülle und Größe Auswahl von Zellen. Diese Methode stellt eine reine Population von Fibroblasten-Portal ohne die Notwendigkeit für den Durchgang in der Kultur.
