Vi beskriver anvendelsen af ImageStream teknologi (<a href="http://www.amnis.com/" target="_blank"> Www.amnis.com</a>), Som kombinerer kvantitativ flowcytometri med samtidig høj opløsning digital billedbehandling, at kvantificere cellulære mekanismer primære immunceller fra veldefinerede patientgrupper. Vores undersøgelser giver et oplæg til translationelle undersøgelser for at kvantificere afstamning specifikke cellulære responser i små prøver fra underlagt årgange.
