Nylig high-throughput sekvensering teknologi har økt følsomhet Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (chip) eksperiment og bedt sin søknad med rensede celler eller dissekert vev. Her har vi avgrense en metode å bruke ChIP teknikk med<em> Drosophila</em> Vev, som kan ta den endogene kromatin staten i en godt karakterisert biologisk system.
