Her beskriver vi brug af en selvsamlende 3-dimensionelle stillads til kultur menneskelige neurale stamceller. Vi præsenterer en protokol for at frigøre celler fra stilladser, der skal analyseres efterfølgende fx ved flowcytometri. Denne protokol kan tilpasses til andre celletyper at udføre detaljerede mekanisk undersøgelser.
