Isotachophoresis (ITP) er en robust elektrokinetiske separasjon og preconcentration teknikk med applikasjoner som spenner fra toksin påvisning til prøveopparbeidelse. Vi gjennomgår de fysiske prinsippene for ITP og metodikk for å bruke denne teknikken til to spesifikke eksempel søknader: separasjon og deteksjon av små molekyler og rensing av nukleinsyrer fra cellekultur lysate.
