Genaamd Een techniek<strong> C</strong> Omprehensive<strong> M</strong> Icroarray<strong> P</strong> Olymer Profiling (CoMPP) voor de karakterisering van plantencelwand glycanen wordt beschreven. Deze methode combineert de specificiteit van monoklonale antilichamen gericht tegen bepaalde epitopen-glycan met een miniatuur microarray analyse platform zodat screening van glycan voorkomen in een breed scala aan biologische context.
