Metafase naar anafase transitie wordt geactiveerd door middel van anafase-bevorderende complex (APC / C)-afhankelijke ubiquitinering en de daarop volgende vernietiging van cycline B. Hier hebben we een systeem dat, na pulse-chase etikettering, maakt het monitoren cycline B proteolyse in hele cel populaties en vergemakkelijkt de detectie van inmenging van de mitotische checkpoint.
