In het diermodel beschreven in onze huidige werk gezuiverde IgG antilichamen tegen een stuk van 200 aminozuren (aa 757-967) van collageen VII herhaaldelijk geïnjecteerd in muizen reproduceren blaarvorming fenotype en de histo-en immunopathologische kenmerken vertonen de menselijke epidermolysis bullosa acquisita (EBA)<sup> 1</sup>.
