Protokoller for neuronal differentiering af pluripotente humane stamceller (hPSCs) er ofte tidskrævende og kræver væsentlige cellekultur færdigheder. Her har vi tilpasset et lille molekyle-differentiering procedure til en multititre pladeformat, hvilket tillader enkel, hurtig og effektiv produktion af humane neuroner på en kontrolleret måde.
