We beschrijven een waardevolle diagnostische test die zouden kunnen worden gebruikt om de terugtrekking van immunosuppressie na transplantatie beslist zo verhoogd risico op afstoting. De test maakt gebruik van de principes van Delayed Type Overgevoeligheid en biedt nauwkeurige beoordeling van zowel donor-specifieke effector en regulerende immuunreacties gemonteerd door de ontvangers.
