Una manera rápida y sencilla para generar líneas celulares humanas con sobreexpresión inducible y reversible de ADNc o shRNA mediada derribar-del gen de interés. Este método permite a los investigadores a las líneas celulares altamente fiable y reproducible manipular que son difíciles de modificar por métodos de transfección transitoria o estrategias convencionales desmontables / knockout.
