ناقلات فيروسية تسمح للتلاعب الجيني المستهدفة. ونحن يبرهن على وجود طريقة للتعبير الجين المشروط أو الاجتثاث في الحبل الشوكي الماوس، وذلك باستخدام حقن التجسيمي من ناقلات فيروسية في القرن الظهري، وهو موقع بارز للاتصال متشابك بين الحسية الجسدية الأولية afferents والخلايا العصبية في الجهاز العصبي المركزي.
