For å studere endringer av nociceptive intraepidermal nervefibre (IENFs) i smertefulle nevropatier (PN), utviklet vi protokoller som kan direkte undersøke tredimensjonale morfologiske endringer observert i nociceptive IENFs. Tredimensjonal analyse av IENFs har potensial til å vurdere morfologiske endringer av IENF i PN.
