Vi præsenterer en brugervenlig, high-throughput operant system til evaluering af smertestillende adfærd i vågen, bevidst gnavere. Den Orofacial Pain Assessment Device (OPAD) kan vurdere, smerter ved en belønning / konflikt paradigme dermed give en mere human måde at teste. Denne protokol vil give mere klinisk relevante og translationel data fra gnavere.
