Wij rapporteren een efficiënte en eenvoudige methode om embryo's te isoleren in een vroeg stadium van de ontwikkeling van<em> Arabidopsis thaliana</em> Zaden. Tot 40 embryo's kunnen worden afgezonderd 1 uur tot 4 uur, afhankelijk van de stroomafwaartse toepassing. De procedure is geschikt voor transcriptome, DNA-methylatie, reporter genexpressie, immunostaining en fluorescentie<em> In situ</em> Hybridisatie analyses.
