Den<em> I ovo</em> Korioallantoinmembranet (CAM) ympas med färska sarkom-härledda tumörvävnad, deras enda cellsuspensioner, samt permanenta och tillfälliga fluorescerande etablerade sarkom cellinjer. Modellen används för att studera graft-(livskraft, Ki67 proliferationsindex, nekros, infiltration) och värd (fibroblast infiltration, vaskulär inväxt) beteende.
