Vi presenterer en forberedelse til å visualisere og manipulere kalsium signalisering i native, intakt microvascular endotelet. Endothelial rør fersk isolert fra mus motstand arteriene som forsyner muskulatur beholde in vivo morfologi og dynamisk signal innenfor og mellom nabocellene. Endoteliale rør kan fremstilles fra microvessels av andre vev og organer.
