Optische detectie van ultrageluid is onpraktisch in veel beeldvorming scenario's omdat het vaak vereist stabiele omgevingsomstandigheden. We tonen een optische techniek voor ultrasone detectie in volatiele omgevingen met miniaturisatie en gevoeligheid niveaus geschikt voor opto-akoestische beeldvorming in restrictieve scenario's, bijvoorbeeld intravasculaire toepassingen.
