ونصف استخدام الأجسام المضادة أحادية النسيلة TG30 (CD9) وGCTM-2 للكشف المشترك عن مستضدات سطح الخلية عن طريق فرز الخلايا المنشطة الفلورية (FACS) لتحديد وإثراء الخلايا الجذعية الجنينية البشرية الحية (hESC) باستخدام الاختيار الإيجابي وكذلك استخدام الاختيار السلبي لتطهير hESCs من مجموعة خلايا مختلطة.
