We hebben een fluorescente in situ hybridisatie protocol voor de detectie van een persistente DNA virusgenoom in weefselcoupes van diermodellen. Dit protocol maakt het bestuderen infectie proces codetection van het virale genoom, zijn RNA producten en virale of cellulaire eiwitten in enkele cellen.
