Denne protokollen detaljer en assay utviklet for å måle human neutrofil kjemotakse av en dråpe av helblod med robust reproduserbarhet. Denne tilnærmingen omgår behovet for nøytrofile separasjon og krever bare noen få minutter av analysen forberedelsestid.
