We beschrijven hoe om te visualiseren macrophage- C. neoformans (Cn) interacties in real time, met bijzondere nadruk op het proces van niet-lytische exocytose middels digitale lichtmicroscopie. Met deze techniek individueel geïnfecteerde macrofagen kunnen worden bestudeerd om verschillende aspecten van dit verschijnsel bepalen.
