Målet med denne protokol var at udvikle en metode, der vil gøre det muligt for funktionelle genomiske analyser af mast celle sekretion. Protokollen er baseret på kvantitativ vurdering af udgivelsen af en fluorescerende reporter gen cotrasfected med genet af interesse og tidstro analyser af sekretoriske granula morfologi.
