Bu protokolün amacı, mast hücresi salgısının fonksiyonel genomik analiz sağlayacak bir yöntem geliştirmektir. Protokol çıkar ve gerçek zamanlı gen ile cotrasfected bir flüoresan raportör geninin salınımının nicel değerlendirilmesine dayanır salgılama granülün en morfolojisinin analiz eder.
