Dieses Protokoll repliziert physiologische oder pathologische Blutfluss in vitro zur Bestimmung Zellantwort bei Krankheitspathologien unterstützen. Durch Einführung einer Druckdämpfungskammer stromabwärts von einer Blutpumpe, kann die Blutströmung durch die Vaskulatur rekapituliert und auf einer Monoschicht von Gefäßendothel oder eines Mimetikums Kokultur auferlegt.
