Das Ziel dieses Protokolls ist es, ein Verlust- zu beschreiben und zu gewinnen-Funktionsmethode, die zur Identifizierung Neogenin als stufenspezifischen Rezeptor anwendbar ist, die und die innere Zellmasse Differenzierung in preimplantation Maus-Embryonen zu Trophektoderm führt.
