I denne artikel beskriver vi en tilpasset relativt let metode under anvendelse af fluorescens farvestof diaminofluorescein-2 diacetat (DAF-2DA) og dihydroethidium (DHE) for en face samtidig detektion og visualisering af intracellulær nitrogenoxid (NO) og superoxid anion (O 2 .- ) henholdsvis i frisk isoleret intakte aorta hos en fedme musemodel.
